President & CEO

Tosha Woodard is mom to five, wife of an educator, law graduate and advocate committed to dismantling "perception & opportunities gaps".  She attended North Carolina Central University majoring in Political Science and Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.

Prioritizing child-centered processes, Mrs. Woodard uses both professional and personal expertise to secure environments that cultivate intellectual curiosity.  She  takes a distinctive yet proven approach in reaching excellence by incorporating underutilized tools, & authentic interactions--all while celebrating the atypical journey.

Loudoun Diversity Council has been successful due to an exceptional team of parents committed to its vision!  It is with humility, love and gratitude that we thank Carla Anderson, Anurag & Komal Dwivedi, Lurcretia & Michael Mattar, and Byron Woodard for their devotion and countless hours  of planning and service
